BoldPage Studio is a web application, licensed to you as a one-time purchase, that generates coloring-book page art and export files based on inputs you provide. Standard licenses are hosted and operated by us: you access the application through an account on our servers, and there is nothing for you to install. A separate Reseller License, if purchased, additionally provides an installable copy you may run on hosting you control.
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use BoldPage Studio through one account per license purchased, for your own commercial or personal publishing use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account or the application itself. Reseller License holders receive additional distribution rights as set out in that offer.
Books, pages, covers, and listing text you generate using BoldPage Studio are yours to publish and sell. You are responsible for complying with the content-disclosure and eligibility policies of any marketplace (including Amazon KDP) where you publish generated content.
You agree not to use BoldPage Studio to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, violates applicable law, or violates the terms of any AI provider whose API the app connects to on your behalf.
BoldPage Studio generates images and text via third-party AI APIs. On hosted accounts these calls are made with our provider credentials and metered to your account as Ink Credits; on a self-installed Reseller copy you supply your own API keys. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms. BoldPage Studio is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or output of third-party AI services.
Refunds are handled per the 30-day guarantee stated on the sales page at time of purchase, subject to its fair-use clause.
